kiwigirl, you're not the only one. i've become so paranoid that i check my mailbox TWICE A DAY !!! its so frustrating. hopefully the wait is going to be over soon for all of us. on another note any recent sucesses for 10 years long stay category for students. i too have noticed people with WP or HSM...

hi guys,

any idea how long caseworkers take to make a decision? And is it true if you call UKBA regularly it might effect the application and decision would be delayed?

i think they have granted the ILR. otherwise they would have returned the passports as well. majority of the people recieve a letter and then the passport with ILR. dont think worry...think positive :)

I agree, a mistake on their part. They probably key the number in once and if it doesn't go through they don't bother to check if they've keyed it correctly. They don't care, we're only stupid foreigners whose lives that they have absolute power over. Do what they want that will delay our applicatio...

hey everybody ! this week is flying by without any good news. hope we all hear some good news soon.

what kind of question should you ask when you call the customer service. to me they just say that we have nothing on the system or if it is being processed...thats it.

Hi Zara5,welcome to the Forum I also applied in early February this year,still waiting,called them twice,the only answer I got was my application has not been completed yet, they couldn't even tell me if my case has been assigned to a case worker.
