OK, will get them on letterhead but do I require anything else to say that the miminum balance maintained is ..... or are statements sufficient?

I've got them printed from the bank and stamped and signed. They are not on bank letterhead though.

Silly questions really. There is no expiry date for your Bachelors degree. Check out if your insitutution is being awarded the points and if so, claim the points and move on !!

Maintenance funds letter from bank

Hi All,

Should I secure anything specific from the bank mentioning funds maintained for the last three months or are bank statements sufficient?

If a specific letter is required, please can you attach a sample of the letter.

My collegue's photo on his passport got unglued and we had to go through special screening etc to ascertain that the passport was genuine and we weren't using a fake one. It wasted approximately 3 hours but in the end they understood that all was genuine. I think in your case, it's not going to matt...

Hi Mate, Your visa starts from the date mentioned on the Visa and not the date on which it was stamped. If the start date is 10th May then this is the start date. I believe you can enter the UK anytime before the expiry of the visa but you have to remember that it's bette to start sooner than later ...

Hi mate,

There isnt' a loop hole. Stop looking for one and abide by the rules. The rule is simple: 2800 for yourself plus funds for each dependance. Even if you apply after your visa approval, you must show 2800 plus (each dependant). Cheers.
