Hi Rachna, I've been following your rejection posts with disappointment and have also suffered from a refusal. My refusal is based on previous earnings not being supported "sufficiently" although in my opinion I've provided sufficien documents. It's all a mess and complete waste of time an...

Visitor Visa rejected

I had reapplied on 11th October instead of appealing. My employer wrote both the invitation and sponsorship letters and mention specifically that my trip and presence is required for business purpose.

Yesterday I got the visa stamped for 6 months.

Hi Mate, I would suggest that you clearly explain each previous refusal reason and your clarification. A cover letter explaining both rejection will surely help but they will have their notes to refer to anyhow. I don't think that past rejections should have any bearing on your Tier 1 application as...

Hi Vinny,

Please can you elaborate on how to contact the ECM? If this is possible and done quickly then I would like to explore this venue rather than reapplying.

Visitor Visa rejected

Hi Vinny, Thanks but what's the time frame we're looking at for ECM to review and reply? If they're likely to take two weeks or longer than I mine as apply for a fresh application detailing the previous mistake they've made and ask for approval of the new application. Does anyone have any experience...

Hi Mate, Really sorry to hear about your case but have faith that there's always a way out. I would suggest that you visit the embassy of your originating country and secure a new passport. You may (should) have the old passport with you still? See advise of immigration lawyer and establishe that si...

Visitor Visa rejected

I've been to the UK via my employer on numerous occasions in the past and have always abided by all rules and always returned to home country where I'm based. My recent application was rejected due to a complete f*** up by the ECO. My employer had submitted a sponsorship letter detailing the reasons...

Hi, I have faced a rejection to Tier 1 due to proof of income not being specific enough and not from accountant. The best thing to do is to print off the list of documents/proof you require as Self employed/ sole trader, and approach your accountant or seek counsel from a good accountant and ask the...

Really unfortunate but it's not end of the world. Approach your bank manager with legal proof of them having to provide you your bank statements on their official letterhead. Pay for these if you have to. 2nd option is register for online statements, print these off and have them stamped and signed ...

Hi Mate,

As long as your IELTS is within 2 years on the date of your application, then you're cool. for all dates related calculations, your date of application mattes and not when your applicatin is reviewed by ECO.

Lost PGD

Looks like you're s... out of luck. Nothing much to do mate. Originals are a must. You could try and see if Naric would grade your cert but doubt it since the "college is closed".

You could, try and get further qualification from a college that isn't going out of business..

(I now know that exactly should have been but too late for that now) 2) I claimed 80 points but if 45 points are evidenced via tax returns, audit r...

Dear Sushdmehta: I have sent my AR noting the following: What are your thoughts? Mates,

The period to claim for earnings is the actual month or time during which yor worked and not when the salary or payment was made. So you need to count the dates of earnings from the day you started working not not worry about when the payment was made.
