ISB seem slower in this respect than the other VACs since you were actually first in the June/July list and your decision was made before the others but you were fourth to have the passport returned.

I am going to submit my wifes application on friday. Surprised to hear about 12-16 week waiting times because on the website they have figures come in for august and they have much improved. 1. The sponsor's documents must all be originals except for the passport which can be a certified copy.

2. I presume not provided you can show that the money has been transferred from another account which is held in your name.
