I DO want to include the Land Registry documents but there is a slight problem. My parents got a mortgage over 20 years ago. When they did, they had someone help them get the mortgage. My dad has been paying the mortgage from the beginning and has proof of this. However, when I checked the land regi...

Passport sized photograph of applicant - Settlement visa

Hey everyone,

The application form for a spouse/settlement visa requires a colour passport sized photograph.
Should you include this inside your file? Or hand it in like you would hand in your passport?
My wife is applying for a settlement visa from Pakistan.

Thanks in advance.

Land Registry Documents

Hey everyone,

Do I need to provide Land Registry documents for a spouse visa if the house is on my dads name? I guess it would just emphasise that and will do no harm right?

Thanks in advance

So would you suggest that the MOFA is a safe place to go in order to attest the translation of a Nikah Nama?
