Finally I received the approval letter today after waiting 4 months and 4 days.i applied on 14/07/2011.its was long wait but it's over now.i did not contacted home office through this waiting period.

Did Bhc has contacted with your employer if they did then which week was it?inshallah you will hear good news

I think these days if decision goes against you then you will hear in 7 to 8 weeks but if they approve the application and grant the visa this goes up 12 or 13th weeks

Which proof did you summited as proof of employment.I mean how many years p60 etc.seems like if you a stronger paperwork for employment then they don't call your employer
