You may need to inform the HO, that there was an error, or wait until you have completed 2 years in the UK as a spouse, and apply for ILR. At that point, you can bring to their attention that you qualify under the old rules. Thank you very much for the suggestion. I think I will inform the Home Off...

Once you are refused you then fall into new rules. This only applies if new rules have come into affect after the first application. Hello all, My wife had her appointment in the VFS centre in india. she submitted all her documents but somehow just submitted only 1 month( recent most) bank statement, not the whole 3 month/6month period they usually ask for. We have now tried numerous times but they are not entertaining our query...

the reason for refusal was that I, Italian citizen, did not provide a registration certificate for the UK. The application is a fiance visa. Hru? I needed some information regarding the letters (acknowledgement letter, call letter) you received during your appeal process. Did you receive the letters by normal post or through a private courier?
