I was granted a Tier 1 General and came to the UK in July 2010.
I was in and out of the UK until got a perm job and entered the UK in March 2011.

Do I use July 2010 or March 2011?

It was because they decided to go to online system in Feb, and they don't have stamp for my payslip.
So need letter to confirm salary. If I am paid in arrears, then I earn that money on the date of payment, and that is day taxes are taken out.

It was processed and treated as a dividend by my accountant, just the reference was off when I transferred £ to my account.

For maintenance do they look at balance levels during a day or balance at the end of each day. i.e if your balance went below the required amount during one day, but the closing balance that day was above the required amount, is that still ok?

Whether statutory redundancy payment is taxable (or not) depends on your total earnings in that financial year. Just because you had to pay tax on statutory redundancy payment doesn't mean that you can include it in your earnings (if it is not allowed as per policy guidance). regards By statutory d...

The UKBA site mentions statutory redundancy payment is not included as income, but what about taxable severance pay that is part of a contract between employees and employers.
