Please read Section 12 of the form again. It clearly states passports (all passports) and other doucments HO expects to see on page 51. Thanks! Not possible. If the spouse visa was issued outside of the UK the earliest you can apply is 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of your entry. Hi All,

I just have my spouse visa approved, and I need to go back to US to wrap up my work, so I might be out of the country for 2-4 months. Will it have any impact when I apply for futher leave to remain, settlement and citizenship ?

If you are applying in person at a PEO, you will enrol your biometrics as part of the process on the day. If you apply via the postal system, you will receive a letter at some point for you to enrol your biometrics at the Post Office. You don't need to do anything about biometrics before you apply....
