You can not simply change the date on your english version of N.N . The english version of your NN shold have the same exact data data as the Urdu one. Guys please do not stress about status changes, etc, just wait and relax, when the times right, you guys will get the decision.

Just enjoy Ramadan till then, and also enjoy the fact that at the moment its only to wait and have no other responsibilities. Everyone will inshAllah get a visa.
