I think it is a requirement to have employers liability insurance + in ur application u need to mention that the insurance is for atleast 2 people as u have employed someone.

Try to search on google for Employers liability insurance and u'll find some cheap quotes. It could cost u around £60, £70. Plus as far as my knowledge is concerned in ur application u need to mention that u have employed atleast 1 person (u don't need to nominate anyone but it will be mentioned o...

Hi

I faced the same problem as urself. I applied on sameday service on 1st July and after their correspondence with my clients they stamped visa on my passport on 9th August. It depends how complicated ur case is....? R u self-employed? + If u r have they contacted any of ur clients?

Hi

I have gone through the same process. However after a wait of over a month and after HO enquiries from my clients they stamped my passport and sent it back to my solicitor.

I beleive with all the sameday applications HO keep the applications for verifications.

I beleive u do not need to pay for nursery education of ur child. That is the right of ur child even I m in the same situation and I do not pay anything and basic education does not fall in to Public funds like NHS.
