No I didn't get it through marriage. I got it by discretion. So that's why I don't know how long specifically I need to possess it for and as I've been residing just under 4yrs.

what does it normally mean when you receive a letter saying a decision has been made on your application with most of the supporting documents sent back. Is this a positive sign or not? Pls help...
