or any payslip or transactions on the bank statement from the employer...

If she is working, none of you need any insurance.... First of all dont even need to think about what u do and what you have... She must be employed or self-employed.... OR if she is only student or self-sufficient then both of you WOULD need CSI... So my advice even if she study or she has alot of ...

Well it is little tricky... but there is a way round i think... I know little of EU rules and only once if u r in the UK ... so Gurus and moderators may suggest even better.... Can you tell us if you are married or registered partner.... bcuz that may give some clue for NO APPEAL rejection....

And secondly you need to write a covering letter and perhaps a letter from agency to explain this employment status of your husband....

In my opinion..... Well if you fullfil all the requirement of Unmarried partner (EEA2)under Cohabitation rule, you should wait for this one Otherwise if you get married and then send EEA2, you residency time period will start from marriage date not from the end of two year time period of living toge...

If she is not working at the end of qualifying period send some rejection letters or email applications to prove she is activel looking for a job if thats the case.... He is Legally fine...
But you need to show confirmation of his Right through you to other parties... like College and employers...

His absence will not affect his EEA2 application either....
