Also applied for COS fro the 1st of August, WP expired on the 31st Aug.Submitted the application with letter from HR, without the COS. ANy similar experiences??

Dear All, I am in a similar situation where there are issues with the COS. Has any one have any success or advice. My time is running out on the end of the month.

I thought when I changed to workpermit, I had changed status so therefore had to start the 5 year process over?

THanks for your reply. All the dates are from Limited Leave to Remain Visa not from the work permit arrangements letter.

I do not have any gaps, what I do have is 1 month 17 days less the 5 years required. Any advice will be welcomed.
