Will there be new forms to be published? I am applying after 2 days and I believe no new forms will be published because there is no change except cut off points. Any one know whether new forms have been uploaded on any site?

What if i apply now? get the visa.. stay back in Pakistan and complete my degree and than go to UK. I will have in that case only 10 months of my visa which means i may not be eligible for extension..

very unlikely .... 3-4 months is earliest i would say. One can only imagine how difficult it will be to get a mortgage if caps on extensions are introduced... It will be very difficult to find a job (who wants to employ a person with very uncertain prospects for extension?), let alone get mortgage....

Rizwan but they say they require two documents. Either Bank Statement and employer letter or tax return. I request for further opinions from seniors who have specially applied after 6th April 2010.

Chetan's employer letter show the details on the employer letter that such and such amount has been paid on this date. However, my employer is saying that they will only mention the gross and net amount with no details. I will post the exact text once they give me the letter.
