don't apply for a british passport too soon!.

just would like to ask that if you receive your british citizenship in hong kong for this matter, and you have the certificate, can you apply for a passport on the very same day or the next or so?. someone i know was told to wait some days for the home office to know that you have accepted the cerem...

that's good news.
my partner as well....it took like about the same time, fighting it out with the home office, & not giving up.

she got her FULL BC some days back now.

when your naturalised as a british citizen, and you receive a certificate, are you like under a probation period like 2 years, or are you a straight now british citizen?.

he is leaving the UK in oct when he reaches 21 to apply for british citizenship there (HKG).

very little with a few payslips.
he is already in the UK, but she is concerned he would be stopped by police and maybe sent back to ireland and stuff.

she is not working in the UK at the moment, but claiming benefits for herself.

if someone applies and receives a full british passport from abroad-which allows them to enter the UK as a full british citizen, could they claim state benefits as soon as like when they arrive or does there have to be some sort of waiting time or something ?.

her mother is a british citizen and im not sure on those stars.
from 2010 she said you could change your BNO to a full british as long as you hold no other nationality.
its a new thing going on from the last 6 months.
