Re: EU4FAM stamp and EU fees assessment

I am NOT discouraging any one here but as your sister has not resided in the EU state for over 3 years I am very much confident that DIT will not allow her EU fees, However, on human rights ground she might be eligible. Anyway, keep us posted plz, will be interested to know the outcome. All the bes...

Hey Directive, They have been very conscious about it and only said on the phone that it is going to be rejected. But we are fighting hard and has ...

Temporary EUStamp4, Waiting the Queue at 7:30AM

We have been told by INIS public office today that to get the temp
EUstamp4, we have to be in the queue at 7:30 in the morning.
However letter received from the EUTreaty section does not mention waiting in the queue.

Can someone please guide us? Waiting so early does not seem right.

Your mother is dependent on her EU migrant worker relative (your wife). It is important that your wife continue to work. This is the critical point. There is no need for proof that your mum lived with you elsewhere. You should set up a bank account for mum, and pay a weekly sum equal to or greater ...

Ok, if your wife intends to work or study (or be financially self-sufficient) in Ireland then you and your mother have the right to join her. Apart from your passports, you will need to furnish your marriage cert. Your mother will need to provide proof that she's a member of your wife's household o...

I hold 5 years residence card. UKBA says that any one who is sponsoring family visitor must be settled in the UK. By saying that do they mean someone with indefinite stay ?
