One more point, i have never work or claim anything from the government since i get to this country, i gat my own money, i read in the paper everyday what they give asylum seekers but i am yet to see that, they write as if they welcome them with an open hands but they welcome them with persecution....

Once this is resolved and a residence card is issued, you can proceed with a JR, for a declaration of Unlawful detention and damages, or you can proceed with a civil claim at the civil courts.
