I am a male parent.
Yes i didnt work for 1 month because my child was born.i was on holidays.
I have no salary in that month.
i was wondering if i can exclude that month to complete 12 months as i am short on previous earnings.

or is it only maternity/female parent Allowance?

1- If its continuation of statement i think it doesnt need logo.e.g Page 1of 1 and 1of 2 thing.

2-If Indian Statement is on Original bank Paper with logo and stuff ..It is fine.if its online statement without logo it needs Stamp,sign and a letter from Bank.

Hi ammar

Having e- saving account is no problem, you can use it as maintainance,
Some saving accounts dosnt have official bank statement issued. One has to print ,stamp ,and get letter from bank.Etc if tht is ur case.

Hi there
Home office is fussy about dependant visas,idealy you should get job letter from future employer before applying.
You better not give any reason to refuse visa they always look for it.

If you want to apply without job letter and or contract its likely they will object it.

Earnings must be made up of 12 consecutive months and must fall within the 15 months BEFORE Your application.

Does That Mean .I can apply in 16th Month for last 15 month.

I would appreciate if you could answer my query.

Can i apply August 2009-July 2010 Period in November 2010 as part of 12 months out of 15 months for tier 1 ?

if you dial it from Pakistan. NO one picks up ;)

you will need to provide Photocopy of your Latest Tier 1 Visa to show you are in UK for last 12 month plus you can mention date of issue of your visa in your Covering letter .

Yes .Apply for visit visa for short duration first.
then after a 1-2 visits apply for multiple entry visit visa .
