Can I extend the expiry date of my TIER 1 visa for 2 months

if I change my planning and postpone the date of my travel after I got the visa, can I extend or "move" or postpone the expiry date of my visa for 2-3 months? ( to move the two year window for 2-3 months)

is that possible if I have good reasons?

I understand the 28days for the ILR but...

if I wrote in the tier 1 visa application form that I intend to travell on 1-OCT and I didn't travel and even didn't travel for the first time in the first 3 months (visa issues 15-JUL) and I didnt travel what will happen?

on receipt?

My birthday is on 30/6 and I applied and paid online on 29/6
on 30/6 I'm 30 years old.
