hi< I called UKBA direct and the agent specifically mentioned that no one is aware of this change and it is part of a rumour. Also Pre Nov will not be affected with any changes. What a relief! I am in same situation as rene, can you let me know the eligibility critirea for ILR? See Settlement regards
