I am going to highlight on my bank statements my wages that it is clear
The visa got refused on 24/5/10
My husband got call on 5/7/10 he collected on 6/7/10 so I have time left to appeal

Salaam everyone, thank you for ur kind words and support. I will find out tomorrow the exact Wording for refusal, but in the mean time does anyone know the difference between review and appeal and how long it takes for review and appeal.

Hi visa got refused, on really stupid thing about property papers . Really upset, how long does it take for appeal and to get back to us .

They called my work and asked for the manager, and confirmed my employment and wages and if I work full time or part time and how do they pay me, through bank/ cheque etc ....

status changed today 5/7/10 to pick up passport

He might be right they might not ring if he works for nhs. I work in a small company, probably had to make sure I worked there.

I think they do call ur work, u probably get a call next week because I submitted on 4/5/10 status changed on 18/05/10 and they called work on 24/6/10. So it's probably 7th or 8th week since submitting that they call.
Inshallah it will be very soon and we will here some good news

I applied 4th may 2010 at mirpur status changed to process on 18th may 2010, got call at work on 24th June 2010

did email but said wait 12 weeks

Sorry, no they called my employer, but I was on lunch, I asked my employer what they asked him.

How many hours? Full/part time
if I was there ?
When did I start work for that company?
How much did they pay me?
And how did they pay me? Cash/ cheque/ bank etc
the call lasted about 2 minutes
