the visa has written abu dhabi on it but i personally think that its printed in isb bhc. Otherwise there is no point in holding the passporty by isb bhc.
applications are processed in abu dhabi in about 15-20 days but its the hold up time isb bhc wihich takes longer. I thnk they print visa at isb bhc like you said earlier.

your timeline is exactly the same as mine but my vac is isb. I have made a complaint on email about the delay in delivering the passport. Lets see what happens.
