You have to fill the pay slip as HO will deduct the money from your account not the NCS guys.

section 3 on Set (o) form

Hi all,

I came in UK on work permit, then switched to HSMP and then took extension as Tier 1. So in Section 3 of Set (0) form, should I only tick Tier 1 or all 3 options i.e Work permit, HSMP & Tier 1?

Thanks in advance

Also the fine and points were not awarded by court. Met police sent a letter asking about driver name, I provided my details. They sent a fixed penalty notice which I paid and DVLA put 3 points on my counter part.

Traffic offence and ILR

Hi all,

Does anyone know if a traffic offence (TS10, 3 points and fixed £60 penality) would be a problem in getting ILR?

Are there any ILR rules changing in April 2011 which will cause any problem for ppl with traffic offences?

Thanks

Hi all, I came to UK in mid Dec 2005 on work permit. I got HSMP in 2007 and renewed as TIER 1 general in 2009. My company had a outsourced payroll who mispelled my surname on first P60 (from Dec 05 to March 06) and on my first 4 payslips. As this was my first job so I got my NI in around Jan 06 but ...
