Hi Friends, Just let you know guys regarding 6th April changes for dependents of 10 years ILR. One of my friends got ILR on 10 years basis he was on Tier 1 General and his wife was dependent as Tier 1 general entered in the UK before 9th July 2012. For PBS dependant,

Today we recieved FLR(M) BRP (applied at PEO ON 04-04-2014) with visa expiry of 2 years. but approval letter was according to 5 years route.

now waiting for SET(M) acknowledgement letter, then i will send this BRP to UKVI.

Hope we will get SET(M) very soon...

Thnx for your reply.! So it means dependents who were here before July 2012, now have to wait 2 years on a FLR M visa before they can apply for settlement.? And all others for 5 years.? Based on the Information shared on this forum I think now every one who apply for FLR (m) have to wait for 5 year...

Hello friends

FLR M approved for 24 months in just 15 minutes. They said now you can apply for SET M. OUr app was at 09:00 but started at 08:30 by 08:55 they gave all the documents back.

I will post my app experience tonight....

TO All PBS Dependants, REMINDER

if you waiting for your partner ILR on long residency or been approved....please MUSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT apply FLR(M) before 05-04-2014.................otherwise you have to wait another 5 years before to apply settlement.
