Simple question that I didn't find anywhere else, can I sum my dependent income to mine and apply for a tier 1 extension?
ie:
My salary is 30k and my dependent's salary is 15k.
Can I include both statement and claim dor 45k?

I've just got my EC here in Brazil, it's valid from 31-Aug-2010, since it's not really a Visa, will I have any problems when trying to enter UK? Does this affect EC holders who are still out of UK?
