Hi amuk any news? Did they accept your application. Well - yes, they did. They had no problem that I'm submitting T1. Their problem was that the date on the printed copy of my online application was December 14th and is therefore expired. (PS: that was when I first started my application and kept s...

amuk, Were you able to submit your documents? Did they accept your application? I will know that on Wednesday! On the website where I schedule appointments, it has a clear note that says: From the 23 December 2010 the UK Border Agency will no longer be accepting Tier 1 (General) visa applications u...

Self-Employed Accountant Letter - Confirmation Please

Hi all, I paid for my application online and I'm submitting my documents and biometrics on Wednesday. I am a freelancer, and I work mainly with three clients. I issue them invoices and get paid via bank transfer. I am not running a company. I'm providing the following: - Bank statements - Chartered ...

Some developments thought I'd share: 1. I just amended the letter with the account number. Hopefully, this will be sufficient. 2. Additionally, I requested another letter from another bank for a 'money market fund'. The letter does not mention that it is a money market fund and does have all require...

Thanks, mulderpf!

So, should I provide a breakdown of expenses even though this is only a "Letter from accountant confirming earnings"?

It's not a company (i.e. no P/L or BS) and I have very little expenses.

Expenses in Self-Emlployed Accountant Letter

Hello all, (paid online on Dec. 22 from outside of the UK - submitting documents this week) I'm a freelancer/contractor who does not work via a company structure. My expenses are negligible. I only pay for my Internet connection and a dedicated host. In the Accountant Letter, 1. Should it give detai...

I don't see why it would have any effect.

But, what I know is that former PM Tony Blair had no problem visiting Libya -- and perhaps working as an adviser for the Libyan president.

Congrats on the new job.

Yes, I made it clear I paid online before Dec 23rd. But the immigration officer insisted that documents and biometrics should also be submitted before Dec 23rd. I couldnt find any way to contact UK embassy. Every query raised should go through worldbridge. They forward it to UK embassy in Dublin. I...

If it's effective October 12th, then I'm afraid the application will likely be rejected. However, I read _somewhere_ that you can add further documentation to your application BEFORE it is being processed. (I have no reference at hand and it's best to verify that with a senior) Edit: meanwhile, call...

But, the payment was made on October 28th -- one lump sum of two months' salary. I can exclude it (no problem), but I'm afraid it'd mak...
