UK Naric has given me an equivalency to British taught Masters Degree. Do I still need to take IELTS or can I show the comparability from UK Naric and claim the points for English language?
My qualification (PGDM) does not appear in the Point Based Calculator though.

I have a 6 month UK visit visa which is still valid until Oct'10. Can I go ahead and apply for a Tier 1 (General)? Or do I need to wait for the visit visa to expire?
