my contract was extended and I got ILR.I presume there is no hard and fast rule that Tier 2 to ILR employee need to be on open ended Job contract. "Foreseeable Future" is not needed.

Just to update, I got ILR approved at Solihull PEO without any issues. it took about two hours to get the decision. my case was very straightforward and simple and I got a lot of help from this forum to arrange my docs.Many thanks to the moderators and experts here. Yes, the caseworkers are aware of the rules. No need to stress about this, you should be fine. When are you going on holiday? You need the ILR BRP to re-enter the UK and if you leave within a couple of days of your ILR appointment, it is likely you won't have them yet. Thanks CR. :D but I havn't bo...
