I'm planning to applying for naturalisation through online form. I've got a speeding ticket by post SP30 with 3 points on my license and 100 GBP fine 6 months back. Do I've to declare the same in the form & if so do I have to send any proof?

Regarding point 1:
The bank/build society is a bank so it's statements are regulated differently than the salary slip which is generated internally. So i was always under the impression that they are 2 diff sources. Any experience?

Thanks. I was thinking so. Then I've read in some forum that if you have switched to Tier 1 dependant while you have a Tier 2 visa validity then , the combine 5 year time spent in UK will count. Not sure what is the authenticity of that. If at all then it will save us some money :).

If you have the Salary Slip and Bank statements showing the salary credit and don't have any long out of UK stay, then P60 is not required. In any case it is optional and if you have it you can submit them as extra evidence.

Looks like you can apply anytime you want but the leave to remain will be granted from the date of application. Please let me know if you have any other information.
