No CW did not ask a single question. I met with him only when he came down to let me know that the ILR approved.

However when I submitted my document before that he ( who register my case on system not caseworker) knew that I am on WP +Tier 2 +Tier 1. I think he retrieved my data by my name or DoB.

When I can apply for ILR

I would like to know the earliest date that I can apply for ILR. I got WP in 17 July 2008 and now I am on Tier 1 general and visa is valid till 2015. Can I apply on 28 days before 17 July 2013 or I have to wait for 17 July.

If you got wp sticker/visa from within UK, you start counting from the effective start date on your wp visa sticker.
