I got ILR in June 2013 and now my passport is expired and dont want to extend. My question is that can i apply for British Citizen with expired passport or there is any problem or delay my case. I got ILR on the basis on Tier 1.
No CW did not ask a single question. I met with him only when he came down to let me know that the ILR approved.
However when I submitted my document before that he ( who register my case on system not caseworker) knew that I am on WP +Tier 2 +Tier 1. I think he retrieved my data by my name or DoB.

I was on writing up thesis visa when I got work permit (I was in UK). So can I apply for ILR on 28 days before 17 July 2013 however my visa is expiring in 2015.
