Approval Letter Error

Hello,

Do someone know if there is a HO mailId to get corrections in Approval Letter like one we have for BRP error. There is an error in points claimed and awarded, which I fear may affect my future applications.

Thanks,

This is one of those hypothetical situation again, which I know most of us hate but I guess it may affect many planning to going for ILR after Tier 1 General extension closure this April hence decided to throw in. I will be applying for ILR late this year and so far my absences are inline with rules...

Change of legal representative

Hello, If someone used a legal representative in last extension of Tier 1 and is now going for another extension without any legal representative, is there a requirement to notify UKVI with their online change in circumstance form that he/she doesn't have legal representative anymore? Thanks you in ...

Re: 5 Year short fall for ILR

Careful, even for ILR, it's 28 days before your qualifying period which is 5 years..
And not 28 days before current visa expiry as that may be taking you in up to 7-8 years in UK

Yes, employee contribution for pension can be included but you will have to do some explanation in your cover letter if it doesn't show already

Whatever component show on your salary slip as 'gross salary' is likely to be your 'gross salary' for income points consideration as well...imho

Even if they did and you have nothing to worry then there is nothing to worry...don't even bother with solicitor too, just go where and when they call you and answer what they ask

Re: Tier 1 Dependent-Child born in UK

Thanks amber. Does this mean if child born in UK does get a visa, she will be considered overstayer if the visa is not renewed in time?

Re: Tier 1 Dependent-Child born in UK

Thanks. Does someone have opinion on my 2nd query. If child born in UK doesn't need visa until she needs to travel out of UK, but if she gets a visa, which then expires, can she again continue being without visa until she needs to travel again?

Tier 1 Dependent-Child born in UK

Hello, In light of Tier 1 extension closing in April 2015, I would apply for extension 10 months before my current visa expires in Oct '2015. Earlier, we also got visa for my dependent daughter born in UK, which is also valid until Oct '2015. I have two queries in this regard, which I tried to searc...

Re: ILR Eligibility

You would need an extension irrespective of extension closing or not and in all likelihood, they are closing on 6th April 2015 so plan for your extension before that.

Re: Tier 1 General Ext only until 2014

Words like 'signal' and 'intention' does indicate that it may not be a direct rule change but if they are signalling now, I see little doubt it won't come into practice in 2015.
