WHAT DO I DO

I got my RC for 5 yrs as an unmaried partner of an EU member almost 7 months ago.but our situation has now change as we are now married as Husband and wife about 2 months ago in church of England.Do I need to inform HO about this changes.is there any benefit attached to it? thanks.

I don't think that there is a limit to the number of family members or extended family members . There is no need to send another EEA2 application, as the existing application can still stand. Just send the marriage certificate after marriage. Well if you fullfil all the requirement of Unmarried partner (EEA2)under Cohabitation rule, you should wait for this one Otherwise if you get married and then send EEA2, you residency time period will start from marriage date not from the end of two year time period of living tog...
