Thanks Greenie Thanks a lot. So the essence is that if I want to apply "In Person", then I must book an appointment with Premium Service as "Yes". Else I need to apply by post, if I don't get the Premium Service appointment. Hope this will help many others who face the same quest...

The date of travel can be within three months of filing the application (for out of country applications) which happens to 12th October 2010. I doubt that they will go in that detail. Even on their website they have not mentioned anything related to that... And I think if all the documents seems perfect they don't call the banks.. Any info on this.. What did they not mention about in their website?? About verification??? Yaa they mention...
