Re: ILLEGAL DNA test required baby 1st passport

Is your wife in Cairo or is she in the UK?
Assuming she's not in Cairo with you that will certainly raise some alarm with the HO, and would explain why they want a DNA test.

Re: EEA Family Member

do you have a PR sticker on your passport? if so you can apply for BC 1 year after the issue date without having to prove 5 year treaty rights. Regardless whether your married to a BC or not.

Best,

Court Summons but no Conviction

Hi everyone, I just realised that I had a court summons for unpaid TV license, but it was then settled out of court and directly with TV licensing, and the case is presumably dropped? And there was no conviction? My question is do I have to declare the court summons in the form? I am quite worried a...

Re: British citizenship one year after EEA4

Just so you know, your permanent residence actually happened before you submitted the EEA4 application. It happens automatically, often 5 years after you first entered the country. If you have have PR card, then there is no need to provide your partner's documents. In the form and in an accompanyin...

Re: EEA4 proof of continuous residency question

I would be qualified for PR since i would have full 5 years continuous residency by the end of the month. My father has been working at the same job for over 5 years since my EEA2 therefore he has been exercising the EU treaty rights without break. What age are you? Are you under 21, if not you wil...

How exactly do you prove dependancy or membership of household? Wouldn't a birth certificate and maybe DNA test suffice to prove as a family member? Anyway many thanks for your help Obie, i guess i'll apply through a solicitor. Thought my case was straight forward enough for me to submit it my self ...

Again. thanks for your reply Obie. No i haven't been financially dependant on my Father since 2009, though there's been occasional loan here and there. Though having read elsewhere again stating that if I have stayed continuously for five years in the UK I would automatically receive PR status? Give...

Thanks for the reply Obje,

I'm 25 and no I'm not living with my Father. Will that be an issue?
My EEA2 was processed without me living with my father with grounds that it was too crowded, since he has remarried and his wife has 2 other kids living with them.
