Finally!!!! After 3 months 2 weeks..

Applied SET (o) on 25th Feb along with 2 dependants from Tier 1 General (3 +2 yrs)
13 th March - Done Biometric
Documents Return - 09/06/2015
BRP - 09/06/2015

Hi Harmony,

Its an Auto email from Home Office sending to all Applicants who process ILR.I have got 3 email so far, they are are sending it in Periodic basis (Monthly). First one will get at time of Biometric complete. Second one followed by same date next month,...so on

Thanks Vinny for the quick reply. They have all documents, eligible stay.

So, can i go ahead taking this as advantage or apply for their Extension and vary in PEO office for them along with me?

Hi Prv, Did you got your ILR?..If yes..congrats first. Is it possible for you to give details how you done vary? Is it like first to apply extension and the day you quality send postal ILR application? Let me know ..how to give covering letter and document to be attached for each application? thanks...

Yes, you are right. I need another 8 days to qualify within 28 days earlier for ILR. Hope, it be possible.

Thanks for the details. I too need to vary application at my last date of my current visa, as i lack in 35 days to 5 yrs. Kindly post update when you get any update from HO. It will be really helpful for all like me.

Just thought whether there is an possibility. As, I don't need to wait for long to get the ILR. Initially, thought they have central system and they try to get the Information from the system and do the checks later.
