i totally understand ur worry, i can relate but if all documents are sufficient and you have proof of ur relationship ie photos, emails, cards... etc, fingers crossed u should be fine.

try consulting with the Irish embassies, I hope they can help u.

Re-entry can be obtained the same day if you are there at the office in person i think and its usually a ticketing system in the mornings on first come first serve kinda basis.
