I am assuming I did not get any reply because no one is sure of the answer. This is what home office responded : "As long as a referee meets the above requirements, then there is not a problem. If they are out of the country for a time, as long as they meet the requirements of a referee then th...

I am trying to contact Home office, apparently there is no number I can ask these questions. I sent a mail but no respond.

Is it worth postponing the appointment ?

I do have one referee who was away from UK in the initial 3 months in the beginning of the last 3 years period.

Please help !!!

Referee signature time limit

Hi guys,

Is there any requirement for the referees signature to be not older than a month? Document doesn't say this. I have two referees signed the form in the period of last 1 month and I am planning to apply in the first week of January.

Thanks in advance!!!

I directly wrote to the caseworker, you'll find all details in the refusal letter. I would recommend writing a simple letter requesting to reconsider citing the point applies here. And give him/her 15-20 days to come back. This looks like a mistake by (may be) comparatively new caseworker. As far as...

Hi sushdmehta,

I am writing a letter to request to reconsider before taking any further step. Do I need to send all the documents again with the letter or the letter and copy of UKBA decision letter should be suffice ?

Thanks.

Thanks sushdmehta.

Is there any link where I can get more information about process and format of letter to reconsider, and/or JLR ? Or should I call UKBA to get more information ?

Thanks a lot in advance!!
