Also i have been advised it takes a week to 10 days for return of documents and should simply wait. What do you think Tunde? or anyone. I am just dreading a long wait. Dont know whether if to ...

I enclosed a self-addressed special delivery envelope. If you have had applications returned for non payment, please sha...

ILR Bank Statement

I was wondering whether if I will be rejected if I sent Bank statements for my savings account for a year (Balance over a grand) instead of the account which my salary is paid into. Yes that goes without saying. What I want to know is time frame. Will they set a future date or how will it work. Will it come into force in september? Or is that too soon.

Broken link between tier2 and ILR

I am aware that the Home Office will be carrying out consultation on removing eligibility of tier 2 applicants for ILR between May and September 2011. My question is whether eligibility ends in September after the consultation or whether it will be in April 2012 that it will come into force. Thank Y...

The reason why I ask is that you are required on the SETO form to present 3 months bank statement and given it doesnt explicitly say an amount like Tier2 i was wondering whether if there was like a minimum you needed to have in an account.

Minimum Bank Balance for 3 Months for ILR????

Just wondering if there is a minimum amount of money you must have in your bank account to gain approval of Indefinite Leave to remain. I am due to apply (via five Year Tier 2 requirement) in a few months and was wondering about that. Please help especially those who have had successes.
