Re: Tier 1 enterpreneur visa refused 2nd application. JR HEL

All the refusal points are made up by case worker. Most of them are not even in the requirement. Peak of unprofessionalism and unfair decision. Money is in personal acc. If it was in 3rd party's acc., then they would refuse on why it had not been transferred. Extremely unfair. JR will take another 8...

Yes I understand the frustration, but my friend no one can give you exactly what's in the parcel. It was just my thought, which is not necessary to match with others.

Re: HO send me parcel

Why can't people just wait to receive the parcel in hand before advertise to the world. Don't understand. Wait for few hours and then it will be in your hand. GoodLuck, and must share after you receive it :)

Re: Arrived 45 days after visa start date, can i apply for I

Legal stay (residence) count. How come one who got visa e.g in Jan and enter in UK in June, can count from Jan? It discussed in the forum few time, not my own understanding.

Anyway if this is the case, then many will be happy.

JR and 10 years.

Hi all,

A quick question if one can answer.

If during the JR, one completes 10 years in UK, thus, can he apply for ILR based on human rights basis? Is there any option like this?

Any idea guys?

Re: JR and ILR

I understand when you are on JR, you are not covered by 3c, but 10y long residency required someone who must be in the country legally in any category, and JR process is a part of a legal proceeding. And during the JR, one has a legal status in the country??

Re: JR and long residency

Pakhtoon if you know someone(AS YOU MENTIONED) got ILR BEFORE JR hearing, then why not shown the case of your friend to your solicitor. I know two leading lawyers, one said Yes and other one said No. But tecnically like Ola said its Yes, because it is a chain of legal process, which ILR is based on....

Thanks for your reply Ola.

My question is during the process, mean before the hearing if one complete10y. Then send the ILR, and withdraw the JR. Any idea?
