Thanks Ali, As long as I am aware of he did ask quite few questions. And reffered quite few judgements. He asked my uncle that on his child's birth certificate it says his wife is retail assistant. So was she working full time at the time of the birth of baby? He says no. She worked part time over ...

I dont think motoring convictions count though. On the other hand, non motoring convictions like GBH or assault should be declared. I am not 100% sure on this. Double check with sir batleykhan :) What I know driving offensives need to be declared and this is written in most of visa application form...

Just want to know if a minor traffic offence taken as a criminal act in UK. I am applying for a settlement VISA and have been fined by a court for £60.00 and thats all. I got stuck in the middle of a traffic signal on a red light. I have seen people who did not mention this have been refused VISA....
