Criminal convictions

Hi

When applying for Citizenship, what kind of conviction is held against the applicant when applying.
My wife got a fine from court for using the wrong train ticket, would this go against her?
If so, what are the consequences, a delay in being able to apply?

Thanks

ILR - time away from UK

Hi
Once my wife has been granted her ILR after being in the UK for 2 years, what happens if she then lives with me abroad for more than 2 years but then wants to come back to the UK?

Need to re-apply for anything or does the ILR last for longer than 2 years

Thanks
Dave

Working in NZ with Oz residency

Hi, I'm just starting the emigration process. Ideally i want to go to NZ but have found that Oz is easier to get into (no job offer needed) and so have been to see an emigration agent to check that i can use Oz as a 'back door' to NZ to which the agent said yes. On visa 176, i can go to Oz and after...

What happens if we both live together abroad for most of these 2 years, what happens at the end of the two years when we are back in the UK?
