Holidays allowed for 10 yrs ILR

How many holidays are allowed fro 10yrs IRL.

I have around 13 months out of country in 10 yrs.

Can we deduct public holidays and weeneds from this?

Hi thanks for replies, I have contacted court and they give me traffic offence code SP30 and the case is closed for them.

my spouse came on dependant visa then switched to WP (went to India for WP stamp).

What should be entry date for ILR, the date spouse entered on WP or before ?

Out of Work in 4th year (Tier 1). Effect on ILR

Hi in 4 th year, I was out of work for 8 months (health and market reasons), so my P60 has very less gross amount. But now I am working (Tier 1 general). As we need to submit P60. will case worker is going to check the gross amount in each P60. Does anyone went into similar situation? thanks for help.

Hi I have been fined of 500 and 6 points in speeding. This has been ordered by court. However its been convicted 7 years back.

Should I still declare in set(O)?

Some one said, after 5 years they are not valid and my current licence is clean. DVLA said no endorsements on my license.
