Emplyment gap - Tier 1

Hi I dont have employment for 7 months in 5 yrs period where I was on Tier 1. does it effect ILR.

From last 12 months, I am employed. Before this i was unemployed

I got 5 yrs P60.

Could you some advise will they look salary in P60 and gaps.

Hi , can some one advise when can i apply for ILR.

On Sept 27, I complete 5 yrs. so can I apply on August 31st at PEO office personally.
Or I should go on Sept 1st.

Hi could any one please advise do I need to mention about the conviction which as has been about speeding (100 mph). Court has given fine and some points on licence where points have been expired few years ago. Do I still need to mention in application when I apply for ILR. thanks for your help and ...
