Hi I am applying BC (under section 1(3) - born in UK now parents had PR) for my son who is now 6.

on last page of application under signature

do we need thumb impression of my son or parent should sign.

When can we go on holiday after sending application?

Hi I have booked appointment on 21st with NCS.
They advised if every thing ok application reach home office on Friday 23rd March.

We are planning to go on holiday on 27th March.

Is that ok to travel on 27th or we need to be in UK, if yes for how long?

Hi I came to UK on 7 yrs ago, but became dependant 5 (Jan 2007) yrs ago.

In application what date should I write? When I became dependant or when I actually first arrived?

I got PR in Feb and eligible for BC Feb 12.

Hi mate, I am also having same issue. I think you are ok as you got time to pay tax until next year. For me I got time until this jan and they are saying UTR will be received in Feb and even dont know will that be in feb.

And as christmas holiday every thing delays.

Have you submitted your wife passport photocopy and consent letter?

I think if you submit both parents passports, then it wont be a problem.
