Employing 4 workers for 6 months

I applied for my visa on 12 March but received it at the end of May. Can I employ 4 workers for 6 months each? The guidance refers to those who successfully applied before 6 April. Does the date of application have to be before 6 April or should one have received the visa by 6 April? – people who su...

Re: Money invested as Loan

Thank you for your reply. I understand that; however, what I don't get is why money deposited in the account is acceptable as investment if it is a Director's loan, but not if it is deposited as share capital. Why do we have to spend the share capital funds to show investment, but don't have to meet...

Money invested as Loan

"Director’s loans however are permitted to remain in a bank account, provided the loan is not called in. "
So I don't have to spend all the money provided it is a loan, but I must spend any other form of investment before I can extend my visa? What is the logic behind this?

Re: Evidence of money already invested not accepted

i would suggest make the invoices in the name of business showing u as director on the invoice. make a director's loan agreement for 50K transfer. wages is not investment, its expense.thx If a person injects funds as share capital, loan, etc and uses those funds to pay his employees, I think that d...

Investment

I know that investment can be in the form of shares or an unsecured director's loan, but does the entire amount of £200,000 need to be used up by the business in the three years, or can it remain in the business account?

Schengen Applications for UK Entrepreneur Visa Holder

I have set up a registered company in the UK after getting my Tier 1 Visa, however I don't yet take out an income. I plan to travel to Hungary this October, but don't have pay slips or any tax documents in my name as it is a new business. I have enough money in my bank account and can get an account...

The company is a separate legal entity, and is based in the UK. Any money invested in the company will thus be an investment (for the purpose of the visa). Of course, if you're investing in property, the part of the property that is used as living accommodation won't count, as that part is not used ...

Thanks for the information whiteroses! Do you know what might be the logic behind this rule? This is really disappointing that after hiring the best talent we can not get points just bcoz he is self employed. I'm not sure to be honest. I think that they want to reduce the unemployment numbers and t...

Who told you that you can only show a contract with a company? The policy guidance does not state that the contract must be with another company, as obviously, many businesses primarily provide services to individuals and not other firms.

Why would a self employed person for business will not count? If we are using part time/full time workers on contract they may be acting as self employed for taxation purposes. In fact most of the contractors in UK are self employed, so do you mean you can't use them in your business because it won...

They make a thorough verification of the £200,000 bank statement/letter. I spoke to the bank manager and he told that BHC sends them a different and a more comprehensive DVR form for the £200,000 bank statement.
Thanks. More comprehensive than the DVR form for the 50,000 category?

I've been going through the application form, and I noticed that every document that has to be submitted is listed somewhere on the form, except for proof of advertisements online or in the print media. Is this document(s) no longer required?

Hi, I don't know much about these particular problems, but looking at the urgency of your problem, I'll answer with the knowledge I have. If I'm not wrong, even if the account is held in a bank account that is not a joint account, you can get a letter from your financial institution that states that...
