One of my referees has changed his mobile number and is also going abroad for 3 weeks. I applied on 2nd May and got the acknowledgement a week later. Should i update UKBA about the change of mobile number ? This is referee is a non-British professional.

i have applied for my wife's ilr last nov by post. I have also sent my BRP with passport to support her application. I need my passport and BRP back for mortgage application. Can i request my passport withdrawal withut affecting my wife's ILR application ?

My wife has ILR, she has been in UK as my dependent (tier 1 general) and got ILR after completion of 2 years period. When can she apply for BC. Does she have to wait to complete 5 years ? or can she apply after spending 1 year on ILR

So her husband cant get her ILR revoked in any way .. with ILR she is independent and can apply at the completion on 5years if he divorce her now ?

hi,
i recently had my ilr approved. can i apply for my wife's extension on the basis of my ilr approvall letter as my ilr is bio-metric and i havent received my bio metric card yet.
