Hi Guys, I also applied through NCS and just received the approval letter on Saturday which states that I need to call my local council office to book a ceremony ASAP, so do I need to wait for some invitation letter separately or is this is the only letter I need because the application was via NCS?...

My case was exactly like yours :
July 2006 - Multiple entry WP
May 2007 - Residence Permit from Another employer
Feb 2008.. HSMP
Feb 2010 - Tier-1
June 2011 - i have got an ILR approval last week

So i guess you should fine.

Should be okay. Traffic offences committed when driving on International licence have to be dealt by court - procedural issue. So, not necessarily a conviction (in context of ROA). thank you Balaji, can you please suggest how soon should i apply for her FLR (M) after i have got my ILR ? Gaurav, To be precise, you should apply FLR(M) visa which is a dependant visa and it's valid for 2 years.. On completing 2 years, she can switch to ILR visa category. Hope this helps. Cheers!!!
