Hi, As I posted somewhere else, I guess there are some confusions and inconsistency available in the application forms. According to the guidance published by Home Office and paragraph 2.2(b) of Appendix KoLL, Tier 1 General who already met English language requirements do not need to submit a new q...

I guess there is a kind of inconsistency between the rules and the forms. In Appendix KoLL paragraph 2.2(b) it is mentioned: (b) the applicant- (i ) has limited leave to enter or remain in the UK, and (ii) that leave (or a grant of leave which preceded it provided any periods of leave since have bee...

Dear Amber, Thank you for your help. I have another question as Appendix FM is very confusing: -my friend is working part time for two companies at the same time and for at least last 6 months. His salary is being paid hourly and so it is variable each month. During the last 6 months he received abo...

See 5.6.1 , are you sure a contract of employment is even needed, read the specified evidence required at page 31? Where the person is in salaried employment – the level of gross annual salary will be as at the date of application. This must be evidenced by the latest payslip or the signed contract...

Contract date

Hi All, One of my friend is going to apply for FLR(M). Her husband is working in the UK as an employee. All payslips and bank statements are fine but the problem is that he has not had an employment contract and now he is going to sign a one with his employer. Thus, is it possible that this contract...

Our inspection took place earlier this year and the Home Office may have changed their rules relating to Tier 1 applications. Therefore, I am referring you to the Home Office’s current positi...

I asked my adviser about this matter and he sent an email to ILPA which is expert in such matters. It is the response he received from them: This was discussed at the last sub-committee after another member had also spotted this in John Vine’s report. We’re not aware of any such proposals and member...

Is it possible that the guys who were invited to interview explain a bit about their cases: if they are employed or self employed and what documents they submitted?

It seems that only people who are self employed or director of companies received such calls.

There will be many scenarios which we are not aware of. For example, many students choose to rent a home stay before coming to the UK or even before obtaining the visa and it is common and usual procedure among English schools and colleges. By this law it is not possible anymore. Home Office has bee...

That's a good point. It is nice. I have a question and I am confused about this rule. This law requires that the tenant has valid visa or leave at the time of renting or for the whole renting period? For example, if there is only 6 months left of my leave at the time of my tenancy renewal, I cannot...

The reality is that the UK is burdening and creating a hostile environment for its most economically beneficial migrants (non-EU Tier 1, 2 and students) because they are the only ones it can legally attack due to EU restrictions. It sucks and I'm pretty tired of it. I paid almost 70,000 pounds in t...
