Yes he has a Pakistani passport. I just read in MN1 guidance that the form could be sent from outside the UK. Then, I guess they can apply while they are in Pakistan. But I guess also that they should wait until they receive the result.

Is it required for EEA2 that any kind of dependency document submitted by the non-EEA spouse? It would depend on the specifics of the application. In the case of the OP, no. Thank you for your response. What do you mean by specifics (and what do you mean by OP)? The EEA national is working and his ...

Just scroll down to Paragraph 322 Part 1C-4

Please let me know what you think of it...
Paragraph 1C is explicitly for ILR:

(1C) where the person is seeking indefinite leave to enter or remain

Re: FLR M route closed for Tier 1 Dependant?

Previously I thought that there were 2 routes for Tier 1 dependants who do not qualify for ILR at the same time as the Main applicant. 1. Apply for FLR M while main applicant gets ILR 2. Extend T1 Dependant while main applicant gets to ILR As I read in FLR M guidance it seems the first route is clo...

And it is exactly the reason that I believe it is all to force Tier 1 G holders go for 2nd extension and pay more. As you said, they are only playing with words. You are right, they can say in future that you can apply after 4 y+11 m but you should have 5 years leave in order to apply. They can chan...

Actually it is the problem by UKBA system that they cannot check if anyone has more than one appointment and then ban him/her from booking new one.

I read in the news that HO proposed IT shake up and I hope these problems are to be solved.

Online Application

Hi,

Is there anyone applied online for Tier 1 General. It guess it is a good idea to apply online especially if you are going to apply by post because in this way you will pay the fee upfront and do not worry about card denial or paying more for postal order or banker draft.

Any idea would help.
